Mallory Creek Abacoa

A new Divosta community in Abacoa, Mallory Creek is Key West in style but under the siding is concrete block construction. Intermediate floors are made of concrete. Pricing as of 12/12/2007 ran from 300k for a townhome to 650k for a single family.

Mallory Creek is still under construction so please see me before visiting the sales office. Amenities include a civic center with banquet room, two community pools, totlots and open common areas. Homes are offered with metal or shingle roofs, paver drives and garages.

Area is not investor friendly and only allows one rental per year for full year.

Mallory Creek benifits from reduced energy consumption because of an alliance with Florida power and Light. With 20 home styles, a tropical flair this is an up and coming welcome addition to Abacoa.

For the most expensive homes look in Frenchmans Reserve, frenchmans creek or Ballenisles. For midpriced golf communities visit Jonathans landing (has a marina too). For golf with a boat try admirals cove.

These upper priced communities did not have the foreclosure problems that some of the lessor priced properties did. So in Old Palm, Frenchmans and Ballenisles don't expect to see a massive reduction in price.
